Butler campus~ .2 miles - 5 min walk Broad Ripple~ 2 miles - 6 min drive or 12 min bike Downtown Indianapolis- 6 miles - 13 min drive There is a nice playground and pavilion in the neighborhood! There is also river access for skipping rocks, relaxing, kayaking, etc. Both are within walking distance from the property! Please note that this is a smoke-free and drug free property. Any detection of smoke or drugs will result in a $200 special cleaning fee and you will no longer be able to book with us. No parties allowed and quiet hours are 11pm-7am. If detected that you are having a party or have more than the allowed guest. You will be charged a fee and be asked to leave immediately. While we know accidents do happen, please let us know immediately if something breaks or is not working. If not you will be charged an itemized list for any damaged items on property. Which is to include towels and linens, you will be charged $50 per set that needs to be replaced. Potty trained dogs are allowed. Up to 2 dogs are allowed. Any damages or additional cleaning that needs to be done due to pets will be charged per items damaged and a specialty cleaning fee of $200. Please be respectful of the property and neighbors.
